"After being with our previous agent for over 25 years, we had hoped for a smooth and supportive transition to our new agent. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. There were noticeable gaps in communication and a lack of clear follow-up regarding Katherine Ball’s actions, particularly around our policy renewals. Some expectations were not clearly outlined, leaving us uncertain and lacking confidence in the decisions being made on our behalf. One of our main concerns was that the focus seemed to be more towards collecting insurance payments than providing the guidance and support of what we were used to.
